Channel Preconfiguration

Templates can predefine the channels a new Team starts with, so a project, department or community Team opens with the structure its members expect. The shape of collaboration is decided once, by someone who understands the use case, rather than improvised by whoever creates the Team. Structure stops accumulating by accident.
