Custom Control Creation

Custom controls can be authored as PowerShell with typed parameters, then run under the same governance as the built-in library. Scripts that used to live on an administrator's laptop gain permission handling, scheduling, execution history and output capture. Local automation stops being invisible and unmanaged.
