Three-Level Tenancy

Tenancy is three levels deep: a customer owns organisations, and each organisation holds one or more Microsoft Entra directories. Organisations are invited in, roles can be granted into a managed tenant without switching into it, and a person can hold different roles in different tenants. This is how a managed service provider takes on a client.
