Violation Review by Policy

Violations can be reviewed from the policy perspective, showing which rules are breached most often and by how much. A rule firing repeatedly usually points at a process problem rather than a series of unrelated mistakes. Remediation effort can be aimed at the cause instead of the recurring symptom.
